Group therapy and workshops are extremely therapeutic and educational techniques that occur in a safe space with others who understand similar issues. They are also an opportunity to develop both communication and socialization skills by finding your voice in an unfiltered manner.
Group therapy can be effective, but it is not for every situation. There are times when individual therapy is the better option and sometimes clients find it advantageous to do both. We welcome discussing your individual needs and preferences to find the best path to achieve your best authentic life.
